Halloween Creep 2K19 (#IWSG September 2019)

Fall is in the air, kids are back to school. I'm not going to talk about stories I haven't finished yet, because it seems like every time I start talking about my progress it immediately stops. Nor will I complain about how I haven't written as much as I wanted to, because I've done enough whining.

Let's take a pass this month, m'kay?

SEPTEMBER IWSG QUESTION

If you could pick one place in the world to sit and write your next story, where would it be and why?

Honestly I can write anywhere, and I do. But part of me wouldn't mind writing back home in Newfoundland, mostly because I may or may not be working on a story set there...

Hope everyone had a great summer! Be sure to check out Trick or Treat Reads!

Hugs and kisses,
-CDGK

The first Wednesday of every month is officially Insecure Writer’s Support Group day. Writers post their thoughts on their blogs, talking about their doubts and the fears they have conquered. It's a chance for writers to commiserate and offer a word of encouragement to each other. Check out the group at http://www.insecurewriterssupportgroup.com/.

Hi CD - the bloghop giveaway sounds fun ... and I'll keep an eye open. Writing in Newfoundland ... I'd do it in Cornwall ... where the heart is - makes it easier to write in someways ... cheers Hilary

Hi,
I can imagine in my mind that Newfoundland would be a great place to write in the winter time. The house is stock up with winter supplies and you can spend the whole winter until spring just reflecting a writing.

Wishing you all the best.

I can write anywhere too but Newfoundland sounds like a great choice.

Thanks for helping me spread the word about Trick-or-Treat Reads.

I can't write anywhere. I get self conscious or distracted, so writing at home is the best bet for me.

Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year! Trick-or-Treat Reads is an awesome project for the season. Books are the best kind of treats.

Love the photo of Newfoundland. I could happily write there!

Didn’t realize you were from Newfoundland. We were thinking about a visit next month (but decided to minimize our driving and stick with Maine and New Hampshire). Still, at some point I’ll have to hit you up for recommendations on what to see when we finally do go.
