December question - In your writing, what stresses you the most? What delights you?
The biggest stress I have right now is that I have a manuscript sitting, mostly complete, waiting for edits and I haven't been able to work on it in weeks.
What delights me is finishing it.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
Hugs & Kisses,

Happy holidays to you and yours! Here's to finding some editing time in December.
Joining in to hope you find time to work on the story.
Sorry you can't find time to work on your revisions. The holiday season can be busy. Hope you squeeze in some time for your writing. Happy Holidays!
Happy holidays and I hope you can work on your manuscript. So I do have a question, when you say it is mostly complete, did you write the whole thing and about to do edits or are you already in the process of editing?
Haha hope you can get to the edits!
(I lost my place on the list so I totally feel this post)
Happy holidays!
Here’s to finding the time! I’m due to start revising/rewriting my current WIP next week. I hope I can remember what I’m doing!
Hopefully you find the time soon.
Merry Christmas, CD. You still have your place!
Oof! Sounds like you've got stress. Hope things ease up and you get more time!
Too funny. Thank you for the morning chuckle. Look, you really did keep your place on IWSG, so kudos to you. Actually, if we had been talking about a month ago, we would have been in the same place, trying to stare down a massive rough draft without a clear sense of direction. Please consider taking a look at Donald Maass' book, Writing the Breakout Novel Workbook. He has two books with perilously close titles, go for the workbook. He takes writers through each major revision strategy with a short chapter and exercises. May the coming month bring you delight!
Hi CD - the time-space will arrive - good luck and enjoy the process - wishing you a peaceful festive season ... and time to finish your book. Cheers Hilary
Careful, that's contagious! Best of luck!
